No. Most clients come in with either nothing or an embarrassing website they've been meaning to fix for years. The Assessment phase maps exactly where you are, and the build starts from there. If you have existing assets we can work with (a website, content, Google setup), we assess what's worth keeping and build around it.
Ideally the CEO or a senior leader is involved in the strategy and discovery phase. The build phase works best with 1–2 team members who will manage the systems ongoing — typically an operations manager, marketing coordinator, or office manager. We train whoever you nominate. No existing tech skills required.
The automation layer handles lead follow-up (instant SMS or email when a form is submitted), booking and scheduling management, internal notifications, and reporting dashboards. We use Make (Integromat) or Zapier to connect your tools. Everything is built to your specific business processes — not a generic template.
No. The Done With You Build is a complete, standalone engagement. At handover your team has everything they need to manage independently. The retainer is available for businesses that want ongoing AI leadership, monthly strategy, and continuous improvement — but it's entirely optional. We'll discuss it at handover, not before.
