Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ARC11 Academy's website, courses, programs, and services provided by ARC11 Pty Ltd (ABN 97 690 686 483), trading as ARC11 Academy ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or purchasing any program, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Our Programs and Services

ARC11 Academy offers the following programs:

• Free AI Readiness Quiz — a free online assessment tool
• The Trade Digital Playbook — a self-paced online course ($497)
• Build It Together — a live cohort program ($2,497 per person)
• AI Readiness Assessment — an enterprise consulting engagement ($4,997)
• Done With You Build — an enterprise program ($12,500)
• AI Digital Strategy Retainer — ongoing consulting ($5,000/month)

Enrolment and Payment

By purchasing a program, you agree to pay the stated fee in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments or Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Refund Policy

Self-Paced Course ($497)

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the self-paced course. If you have completed less than 20% of the course content and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Live Cohort ($2,497)

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the cohort start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion.

Enterprise Programs

Enterprise engagements are governed by a separate agreement. Refund terms are outlined in the individual engagement agreement signed prior to commencement.

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, templates, frameworks, and resources provided through ARC11 Academy programs are the intellectual property of ARC11 Pty Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course materials with third parties without our written permission.

Your Responsibilities

By enrolling in any ARC11 Academy program, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during enrolment and engagement
• Use course materials only for lawful business purposes
• Not share login credentials or course access with others
• Treat all participants in group programs with respect
• Not record live sessions without prior written consent

Results Disclaimer

ARC11 Academy provides education, frameworks, and tools to help you build your digital presence. We cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or search engine rankings. Results depend on factors including your industry, market, effort, and implementation.

The ARC11 Vegetation Control website referenced in our marketing is the founder's own business — it is provided as a real-world example, not a guaranteed outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ARC11 Pty Ltd's liability for any claim arising from our programs or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
